Thank you for visiting my website...
In August I completed a two-year project very close to my heart, called "Dancing in a Garden of Biomorphic Cells". Fascinated with the amazing beauty of cells observed and animated by 3D Electron microscopy, the research inspired me to create a series of large organic shaped paintings reflecting the structures and patterns of these cells.
My very first YouTube video went on the net in September.
In October I started a monthly newsletter system to keep my loyal followers up-to-date with my art and projects, I recommend books and music, that I love and I list my up-coming exhibitions.
And finally my new art & design store is online now! Find original paintings, crads and other gifts ideas on www.bmdesign.co.nz.
But most of all I still enjoy creating art in my studio in Dairy Flat. It is a beautiful place in the countryside, surrounded by green hills, cows, sheep, birds and other farm animals. Very inspiring and relaxing...
